4234 Eliot St

The space for rent is a charming 19th century house in excellent shape with nice wood trim, two bedrooms, updated appliances, and plenty of storage. It is part of a duplex, and my wife and I would be on the other side. Access to one garage is... included in rent, with options to add more. We recently had a top of the line Breezair evaporative cooler installed that will keep you cool with excellent energy efficiency and none of the normal drawbacks of a swamp cooler. We just had the exterior repainted to cream and brown, insulation installed, the lawn redone, and a host of other improvements.

We are faithful Catholics and parishoners at St. Catherine of Sienna, so we respectfully ask for absolutely no marijuana or other drugs. Also, no late night partying.

It is less than a five minute walk from nationally famous breakfast burritos, Starbucks, a great car mechanic, and one of the most beautiful churches in Denver. Within a 15 minute walk are many nice shops and restaurants including Bacon Social House, as well as a Leevers Locavore. Within a long walk or easy biking distance are the main strips of Sunnyside and the Highlands, as well as Regis's library and a Safeway. I-70 is a 2 minute drive away for quick access to the mountains; the basement has sink perfect for cleaning dirty gear before going inside. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Dogs, and other pets, are welcome and there is a fenced in backyard. We have a very friendly Australian Cattle and Beagle mix.

The bar is the pictures has been removed. I can put it back if desired.

Renter pays for gas and electric, both from Excel energy.
