There is also a gym and separate locker rooms for men and women. There is a golf course on site and a small lake. You must be 55 or older to live in the complex. This condo has a garden view with trees, shrubs and flowers. Snow removal, water and trash are included in rent. Cross streets are Alton Way and Dayton St. Most of the neighbors are polite, and friendly. For your protection there is a private security police who patrol 24/7. One very nice feature about the apartment is the absence of vehicle and bus noise. Garage is optional. $150.00 per month
