This room is available for females only. Single Mom and 15 yr old daughter living in a 5 bdrm 4 bath ranch home in Frasier Meadows neighborhood just down the street from Williams Village. We have 1 open room, guest bdrm with a full bathroom. Our... home is large and beautiful, walking distance to Sprouts and Safeway shopping centers. Bus stops, Limes, and Table Mesa park n ride all in walking distance. Also, 2 blocks from the bike path. Room is fully furnished with beds, sheets, towels, etc. You are welcome to use all of my dishes, pots, and pans. Washer and dryer is available in the home. Large front and back yard. This is not a party house, absolutely no drinking or smoking of any kind on the premises, safety for my daughter is my highest priority. I am a dance teacher, I have a dance/fitness studio in the basement that I teach out of on occasion. We have a relatively quiet home, we're friendly gals just renting rooms now that my two sons have gone off to college.
