The location is in Rock Creek in Superior. It's a lovely place to live, offering gorgeous views of the mountains. There is an open space nearby where we can walk or run. This is not far from CU/Naropa, and it is easily accessible via Highway 36, which leads to Boulder or Denver. Additionally, we have a bus stop near the house. My husband takes the bus to work to CU in Boulder.
The room is available now, AND it has a PRIVATE bathroom with a tub! It is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house. The house is 1800 square feet in total.
We prefer candidates who are undergraduate, graduate students, or young professionals.
The roommates would keep the common areas clean. Our roommates have only left because they got jobs too far away.
We are professionals, very outgoing, friendly, and open-minded, and we love the outdoors. We own two small rescue dogs: a 17-pound terrier and a 33-pound Labrador mix. My husband has worked for CU for many years. We prefer no other dogs. Cats would not be an option. No drugs (including marijuana) or weapons are allowed. We want a non-smoker, but have had outside smokers rent from me before.
We are looking for a lease of 9 to 12 months.
