Beautiful Boulder Loft for 6-month Sublet- Close to Campus- Wonderful Neighborhood w/ Parking

Welcome to the heart of Boulder! My beautiful loft is spacious and bright! With a corner unit, only two walls are shared, and there is nobody living above or below. The corner unit is tucked away from the street, offering privacy and noise control.... There is a nice sized front patio area with comfortable outdoor furniture, extending the living space significantly. There are floor to ceiling windows, filling the space with natural light, and shades to block out the lights and heat if wanted. The main living area is on the ground floor, where the loft opens up into a living room and kitchen. Upstairs you will find in-unit laundry machines, closets, a dresser and desk. Upstairs also features the bathroom and bedroom. The loft creates privacy from downstairs, but also makes the space feel bigger, with its open nature. I am a young professional who lives alone and am extremely neat and tidy and clean. The furniture is all relatively new and lightly used. This loft is perfect for a quiet college student who wants to experience independent living. It is also perfect for graduate students, professors, TA's and young professionals. The unit has its own dedicated parking spot, so fighting for space is never a concern. There is also free street parking on the adjoining streets (Madison and 35th).
