Cortland at Coalton is the best apartment complex I have ever stayed in the past two decades. Excellent in all respects like location, staff, calmness, safety/security and in many other aspects.

I have lived here for 3 years and will sign another 15 month lease soon. Not only is the staff quick to address your needs as a tenant, they are also truly friends. Can’t say that about other places I have lived. As an added bonus, the views of the mountains cannot be beaten. I am home!
