You'll have your own private room upstairs while sharing common areas with housemates who value connection, growth, and good vibes.

About the location:
Erie offers the best of both worlds - peaceful suburban living with easy access to Boulder. I've loved living in this home and will truly miss it. There's something special about having the time to think and reflect with those comforting mountain views on your daily drives. It feels like a quieter sanctuary away from the hustle of Boulder and Denver, while still keeping you connected to everything.

The daily commute treats you to some of Colorado's most spectacular mountain scenery, making even your drive a mindful experience. Plus, you're just a 5-minute walk from Thomas Reservoir - a perfect little escape for morning or evening walks where you can reflect with the mountains in view.
