Depot Square Apartments is a an Affordable Apartment community. We currently are accepting applications for our spacious 1 - 2 bedroom 1 and 2 bathroom... apartment homes. We are conveniently located in the heart of Boulder located in the Boulder Junction District just minutes away from shopping, cafes, bike paths and parks!
We are pet friendly and a non-smoking property. Additionally, all residents receive a free RTD EcoPass, Free CarShare membership and free Boulder B-Cycle membership!
To qualify you must meet the following income qualifications:
Minimum income requirements are 2 times the monthly rental amount, to qualify without a guarantor
Total Household Income may not exceed the following:
1 person= $61,320
2 people= $70,080
3 people = $78,840
4 people = $87,600
5 people = $94,620

STUDENTS 18 and Over MUST meet one of the following requirements:
Must be enrolled in an institution of higher education AND must meet one or more of the following exception criteria:
- 24 years of age or older
- Veteran in the U.S. military

- Have a dependent child
- Living with a parent who is determined to be eligible
- Married
- Receiving assistance under Title IV of the SS Act, also known as Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF).
- Enrolled in a job training program receiving assistance under the Workforce Investment Act (formerly known as the Job Training Partnership Act) or under a similar

It's a great place for anyone who takes buses and has a great view of the mountains and is very quiet and management is great at making sure everyone is respectful of each other

I've discovered that living in a "green" building just means there's no amenities and you can't find the front door. The perks they do offer are so complicated to access, that it's like being offered nothing at all. Things like having to have a phone with service in order to do laundry. Not everyone can afford to keep the phone on all the time. The free electric bikes only recognize certain technology, not mine, and it's the same with the Eco pass. If the apartments weren't so nice, I'd have... second thoughts about moving in here. Because I don't enjoy any of the amenities.

Pretty cool place to live for the most part. It would really be nice to see free Wi-Fi available in all the units. Other than that, cool place to live.
