Poor communication and inconsistent billing

Very little to almost no communication, especially in terms of payments and bills. They will wait months before charging you for utilities and fees then unexpectedly charge you for multiple months at a time with zero communication. Changed payment formats three times within the first few months and when we called we were met with zero answers as to how we could pay. It seems like every month there is a new issue. The location is great but it's not worth the hassle. Spend the money somewhere else... .
