Female Roomie Needed for Sweet Family Broomfield Home Month to Month

This is a sweet 2 story home share in a quiet cul-de-sac 10 min away from I-25 or light rail to Denver, 10 min from the Boulder turnpike (and a cheap round trip bus into Boulder).

- About the medium room with a shared bath: Full bath is all yours...
90% of the time; size 10.5' x 9.6'; see room photo with floor bed and black shelf, etc.; the a/c unit will be gone soon since the temperature is dropping; we have a good selection of wall hangings for you to choose from if you need/want any
- furnished or unfurnished for you
- All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor together
-The neighborhood is safe and friendly and and conveniently located
- Good wifi now and fiber optic lightning fast wifi coming soon!
- Plenty of free, safe on street or driveway parking
- Has both carpeting and wood floors along with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances
- Large yards and garden
- Asking $750/mo, $50/mo utilities plus $600 deposit and $500 pet deposit
- Prefer a longer term renter on a month to month basis
- Non-shedding hypo allergenic dogs are preferred. (My dog is very well socialized, even though she walks into stop signs and barks at airplanes. LOL. I used to run a doggy daycare and boarding business out of my home and loved it. I have higher than average dog expectations, so let's discuss this if you have a dog.)
- Cats welcome with the right tenant
- This is a home where we all care about each other (although we’re not expected to be buddies). We value kindness.
- Wanting a clean, helpful, respectful, peaceful, patient, quiet roommate that loves children and dogs and can contribute to doing weekly chores as needed (and I’m not a neat freak but it’s ok if you are).

About the roomies:
You will be sharing the home with a mindful, healthy, happy, older single mom, 4 year old and 11 year old Old English Sheepdog. There will also be 1 more older/mature age 65+ male renter in a larger room with his own bathroom. We are all also a very openly politically liberal and active household for those who care about this.
