The space features tree views and Southern... exposure from the living room and two bedrooms and includes a gym, heated indoor pool, hot tub, dog park, ping pong, billiards, tennis courts, outdoor gazebo, kid’s jungle gym, and a dedicated parking space. The condo is adjacent to the Twin Lakes, and the LOBO trail for walking, running and biking. It is also walking distance to Gunbarrel Center for groceries, services, restaurants, and Gunbarrel technology and business parks. The new library is also 3 minutes walking distance.
The condo opens to a sunny, furnished living room with tables, lamps, rugs, and other furnishings including a comfortable couch that pulls out to a queen bed and includes a fantastic view of mature trees. It connects to the private balcony through a sliding door with mountain and greenspace views and a cozy private place for coffee and some fresh air.
The connected, roomy eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with two ovens, a toaster oven, a kitchen island, tons of cabinet and storage space, a large sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, and full-size refrigerator and freezer. There is 5G internet throughout the apartment and central heat and air. Laminate floors in the main spaces are functional and beautiful. Sun pours into the bedrooms and living room in the morning and all day through lovely greenspace views.
The master bedroom contains a new orthopedic queen mattress with a tall designer bureau with lots of big drawers for bulky items, and a big side table, lamp, ceiling fan and full-length mirror. The spacious room connects to a large walk-in closet with more room for gear and clothing which has the full master bath with a shower privately tucked behind it.
The airy 2nd bed/office includes a giant beanbag chair that converts to a comfortable queen futon. There is a desk, lamp, chair and other furnishings as well as a huge closet that will give you peace of mind to work or lots of room for gear or kids. Across the hall is a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
This child friendly unit includes children’s books and games. The apt is walking distance to a nice King Soopers, UPS, several upscale restaurants, Snarfs, coffee shops, several fast food dining options, doctors offices, library, nail salon, massage studio, art center, brewery with garden, and a dispensary. Niwot downtown and farmer's market is 5 min away, Boulder is 10 min, and Longmont is 15 min away with a quick hop on the Diagonal Highay (119).
