We intend to continue the spirit of this home being a sanctuary, healing, creative, learning, growing space and hub of nourishment.

The light filled downstairs apartment has a separate entrance from the backyard. It includes wood floors in the majority of the space, 2 bedrooms one with new carpet and one with hardwood flooring, remodeled bathroom, living room with an electric fireplace, small kitchen with a new refrigerator and sweet dining space.

The washer/dryer is located downstairs and is intended to be shared.

There is also a large fenced private backyard with yoga/sitting decks, beautiful mature gardens, and storage area! Home is located in walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, the urban trail system, parks, and many amazing Longmont hosted festivals!

We are looking for an individual who wants to enjoy, care and tend to this sweet home.

**There is also a detached finished studio/multi-purposed room (good for creativity, movement, meditation, writing, working, etc.) that is available to rent in addition the downstairs unit. We can discuss if you are interested.
