North Boulder 4 person house

Hi all! I have three rooms available where I am living in North Boulder beginning July 11th, 2025 with lease ending July 10th, 2026. The house is a 4 bedroom house with 2 full bathrooms in a relatively quiet yet active and family friendly... neighborhood. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, there is a 5th room that is used as a shared office space and extra closet/dresser space for one of the rooms. In addition to the main house, there is a separate 2 car garage space that is currently being used for storage. Pets are allowed to live in the home but require an ESA certification.

We are conveniently located a 5 minute walk from a neighborhood grocer (Lucky's Market) and a 15 minute walk from Wonderland Lake! If you are someone who takes the bus, we are also a 7 minute walk from a primary bus route.

About the rooms:
Room 1 - 113sq ft - $830/month. Whoever in this room is welcome to use the fifth room as needed for extra space.
Room 2 - 132sq ft - $880/month.
Room 3 - 214sq ft - $930/month.
~ Security deposit is $850 per person ~
~ Utilities average $100/month per person ~

Are we the right fit? I am seeking individuals who:
- Care about keeping a tidy space within reason
- Are interested in sharing meals together
- Value personal space/privacy as well as in home community
- Are open to occasionally hosting events
- Ideally, enjoys making music, though this is not a necessity
In a perfect world, I am looking to co-create a living environment that is both welcoming to community and socialization as well as being supportive of privacy and solitude.

A little about me:
I am entering my third year as a graduate student studying Somatic Counseling at Naropa University. I am originally from the Pacific Northwest and have been living in Colorado for two years. In my free time I enjoy cooking, dancing, reading, making music, venturing into nature, time with community, and reading tarot. Some of my values include direct communication, respect, spaciousness, honesty, and connection. My friends often describe me as gracious, charismatic, silly, flexible, and caring.
