quiet South Boulder minimalist bedroom 🌲

We are looking to rent a bedroom in our sunny home that is in a nice, quiet South Boulder neighborhood.

This bedroom is quite small (82 sq ft) and ideal for someone who is a minimalist / very efficient with their space.

$650/month for both rent...
and utilities (includes: electricity, gas, heat/AC, internet, water, waste removal).

Shared spaces include a full bathroom, a kitchen/dining area and a living room, as well as outdoor patio and yard spaces, an indoor laundry area and covered bike shelter. The other tenants are grad student women at CU Boulder; a woman graduate student would be ideal.

Our home is near the Broadway bus line and we have sheltered bike storage space (we live right next to the main bike path).

We have a few house rules:
- no smoking or illegal drug usage
- no parties/events
- quiet hours: 9pm to 7am

The owners of the home are a millennial couple (Neesha- a CU research scientist at LASP, they/she, and Nick a post doc at NIST, he/they) who live on the floor above the apartment with their small dogs. We are looking for someone who likes animals but does not have a pet.

Send me an email if you would like more info!
