Vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian is a huge plus. One house rule worth knowing up front: no meat cooked in the kitchen. Meat can be grilled on the Traeger out on the patio, or cooked in the garage, which has an electric range and air fryer set up along with a full-size fridge.
