Room in a Beautiful Home — Art, Vaulted Ceilings, Stained Glass, All Utilities Paid

I have one south-facing, unfurnished 135-square-foot bedroom, move in date is flexible, one-year lease. Rent is all-inclusive — gas, electric, water, trash, the fastest residential WiFi available, and household supplies are all covered. One payment,... nothing to split or track. Priced for single occupancy — a second occupant adds $350/month.
I'm a somewhat well-known thinker, writer of nonfiction and sci-fi/fantasy novels, eccentric but highly reliable, ethical, and respectful of boundaries. I'm often preoccupied with my work and book deadlines, etc., but I'm considered an excellent conversationalist, a frequent guest on podcasts, radio, and television shows. I'm open to multiple points of view and like people who are also open and not ideologically polarized. I think it's crucial to know who you'd be living with, and I'm easy to research online by name: Jonathan Zap. Likewise, in your reply, please include any links to social media or other online presence to help me get to know you, so we can both vet compatibility.
Vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian is a huge plus. One house rule worth knowing up front: no meat cooked in the kitchen. Meat can be grilled on the Traeger out on the patio, or cooked in the garage, which has an electric range and air fryer set up along with a full-size fridge.
Two current housemates, both CU grad students, both quiet — a calm, low-traffic house. We're looking for conscious, creative, ethical types. Open to all genders and LGBTQ.
Many amenities, central air, gas fireplace, laundry, vaulted ceilings and stained glass, common areas furnished with art and antiques, and extensive land that belongs to the HOA with streams, ponds, small waterfalls, basketball court, etc. Easy commute to campus and elsewhere in Boulder, near buses, and bike trails. Open to some pets, especially cats. I will likely acquire a cat in September — presently, all we have is a large fish tank. No smoking in the house, but there's a great stone patio with awnings and hangout areas. Quick walk to Bobolink trail.
