Saga Boulder Apartments, Summer Sublease!! Super good price

Hello! I’m looking for someone to sublease my Saga Boulder apartment this summer from June 1st to July 31st (move-in date is flexible).

The apartment is super nice and fully furnished, with your own spacious bedroom and private bathroom, with own... shower (also biggest bathroom in unit!) It includes a modern kitchen, comfy living room, high-speed internet, great security, own laundry, and a big backyard area that’s perfect for relaxing and tanning in the summer. All the furniture is included, including bed, desk, and night-stand, and drawers. Also includes a parking spot!

It’s an all-girls unit (although no one will really be there for the summer), and everyone is really friendly and easy to live with.

Rent is $1,500/month (normally $2,200), so it’s a great deal (Pricing is negotiable!!)
