Shared house in Lafayette (Shared Housing)

I'm looking for one other student to split a two bedroom basement unit in a shared house in Lafayette. I've met with the owner, hit it off, and feel great about the connection. She's asked that I try to find another renter to split the basement unit... as I can't cover the full cost of the whole basement ($2K). The basement is setup with laundry, kitchen space, and living/dining room separate from the main house. The homeowner lives at the house and rents out one other room upstairs. If you're interested & feel like we'd be a good fit, I'd like to setup a zoom call or meet in person to see if it's a good fit. I'll essentially be vetting a roomie both for myself but also the homeowner.

THE SPACE New, spacious 2/1 with over 1,300+ sq ft of finished space + additional unfinished storage. The mother-in-law has it’s own in-unit washer and dryer not shared with the main home.

Open access to all of the outside features of this corner lot home: wrap-around front porch, covered back patio, good sized yard with garden complete with three prolific grape vines and raised beds with a drip system. Tenants share the outside responsibilities such as lawn-care, snow-shoveling, etc. While not a requirement, preference definitely given to someone interested in having their own garden!
