The home is just a short walk from the Paul Derda Recreation Center and the nearby commons area, which offers plenty of open space, walking paths, and recreational opportunities. Theres no large backyard, but the surrounding parks more than make up for it.

About the Homeowner:
I live in the home and travel often, so from time to time yourself and the other room will have the house to yourselves. I'm easygoing and just ask that the home is kept clean and common spaces are respected. You're welcome to have a friend or two over occasionally, and the shared living space (with TV) is free to use. I have my own private living room in my bedroom, so frankly I am rarely in the common spaces which is a plus for you!

I have a large and well-equipped garage that I keep for personal use, but I'm happy to loan tools or lend a hand with projects when I'm around and free!

Additional Info:
- Dogs/cats negotiable. Must be well-behaved and maintain cleanliness. Nearby a dog park!
- 420 friendly, but no smoking indoors
- Street parking available
- Minutes from Interlocken business park, Flatiron Crossing, Hwy 36, and centrally located between Boulder and Denver
