1-year furnished lease! Great place for staff/faculty, A paradise for families: Cozy 3 BR home with Sauna, a large backyard and direct access to the small creek and bike path/multi use path that leads all the way into town, a short bike Ride to both... east and main campuses.

We are looking for a family or couple who will love our home as much as we do. It is a split/level home, with 3 bedrooms upstairs, a main floor (kitchen/dining/living space), family room at garden level as well as laundry/sauna in the basement.
The three bedrooms upstairs work really well for a family of 4, with one master bedroom and two kids rooms. There is also a larger bathroom with shower.
The living room/kitchen are open and friendly with a large comfy couch and a dining area, with access to the large deck & yard.

A few steps down and you get to the open and cozy family room with a gas fireplace. We can leave some books and toys for you in case you are interested, That level also has a bathroom with a tub and access to the 2-car garage.

Down another set of steps is the basement with the laundry room that holds the dry sauna as well as a storage room.

We love to spend summers outdoors in our backyard with lots of space to run and play as well as the large size trampoline. We have planted a lot of veggies and herbs in the garden and can start some for you to enjoy after you move in :). You can access the small creek through the back gate, there is always water but it is never high so safe for kids to play in, use the rope swing, skate on in the winter. On the other side of the creek runs the creek path which connects to the large system of paths that mostly run alongside creeks throughout Boulder and are away from any streets. You can follow the path all the way to the university buildings, downtown boulder, hiking trails etc.

We have had cleaners come every other week for a few years now, they are very reliable, friendly and trustworthy. You may book their service if you like. We will have a gardener come every once in a while to help maintain the outdoor space.

Two exceptional elementary school are located a 2 minute walk away (High peaks Elementary as well as Boulder Community School of Integrated Studies). The neighborhood is very friendly, people help each other out :) It is very quiet, the street doesn't have a lot of cars pass through and the speed limit is 20mph in the whole area, so very safe for kids to roam free.
Shopping (safeway, walgreens, etc) is a 1-mintute bike ride away just south of baseline road.
